The installation fee covers the materials, labor, and equipment needed to bring a fiber connection to your home. Even if you cancel service, your home remains fiber ready and service can be re-activated (fees applicable). If the construction path is over 100', additional construction charges may apply.

All fiber plans require a technology fee of $5/month.

TCW offers fiber customers an option for a managed router service at a rate of $10/month or $15/month.

TCW will install a fiber cable from its nearest splice point to your home.

Most splice points are located in ground level handholes, located by other utility infrastructure near or on your property.

Following our utility assessment, a Network Interface Device will be installed on the side of your home where we will then transition to indoor fiber and determine the best location for termination. From this point, we will install an Optical Network Terminal to provide a gigabit connection to our network over ethernet. Any additional labor will be charged at the rate of $125/hour, plus extra equipment if needed or desired.
